My Background
I matriculated from Benoni High
School in 1998, and went on to study PC Engineering.
After completing my studies, I trained in the IT field
at CTU Training Solutions, something I really loved! At
some point I decided it was time to get some real
hands-on experience and I ventured into a new position
in consulting. I always remember telling my work
colleagues and friends that one day I would own my own
company – if you dream it you can have it! So, in
pursuit of that goal, I left CTU and started my own IT
business.I ran my company
for over 5 years and gained some great experience in
management, financial issues, handling staff and client
service. After having my baby in 2006 I was determined
to go back to work , but just for half-days.
Unfortunately this turned out to be impractical. As you
can imagine, my priorities changed, and a few things
were really put into perspective for me. This was the
prompt I needed to start searching my for my true
passion in life.
I’ve always known what I wanted
to do but only discovered that it had a name (“Life
Coaching”) in 2007, when I was reading an article in a
waiting room one day – what a day!!! At first I worked
with a wonderful Life Coach who guided me and helped me
to really explore my life and future and start my great
new coaching journey. This led me to study through New
Insights who have been fantastic.
My Passion - how I help others
I truly believe that we are capable
of absolutely anything. If we find our purpose and live
with passion we can achieve our greatest dreams.
“Then why don’t we,” you might
ask?
Because we grow up and collect
baggage - some of it ours, some ‘gifted’ from others.
This baggage comes in the form of limiting beliefs and
stunts our growth and slowly poisons us. We lose the
ability to see clearly, we are afraid to follow our
dreams and we forget who we really are and what we are
capable of. It’s a sad thing but I’m afraid it’s true
for most of us.
My mission, as your Coach, is to
help you find yourself and your purpose and teach you
how to live with passion. I will show you how to rid
your life of limiting beliefs and take full
responsibility for your own journey, enabling you to
grow faster than you can imagine and have the freedom to
choose your own destiny.

I work with anyone - as long as
they desire change, are willing to change and prepared
to take the actions needed to get it!

open environment. I will respect your confidentiality
completely so you can be true to yourself without the
judgment of others. I’d like to be seen by you as your
